Leadership training

Aims & objectives

The training was designed to develop the leadership skills of our international volunteers and helped for self-reflection.
It included:
- Defining personal leadership style
- Self-reflection
- Theory of leadership styles and strategies
- Experience sharing and brainstorming

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group of volunteers from Croatia, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, Colombia and Brazil.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants understood their leadership style and gained knowledge about what they need to develop in order to be better leaders. They defined what is leadership and why it is important.
