TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Aims
1. To train prominent members of each participating organisation, as to improve their leadership capabilities.
2. To allow for the organisation’s members to get to know each other better, as to uncover possible new or better ways of cooperation.
3. To enrich the skills of the trainers, by designing and delivering materials together with trainers from different organisations.

Objective:
• Providing a platform where international student organisations can exchange their best practices and experiences.
• Understanding application of leadership and its diversity
• Motivating young people to engage themselves in international activities.
• Enhancing intercultural dialogue among youth.
• Increasing the awareness about the Youth in Action Programme among student organisations.
Internationally minded members of 17 student organisations member of the Informal Forum of International student Organisation
There were 68 participants divided in units of 11/12 and 2 units per session, 3 sessions in parallel per topic.
There were 11 Trainers.

I was Trainer and Training Content Coordinator. My role was:
1. To be responsible of the training related schedule of LSS
2. To coordinate the trainers’ work, training materials gathering
3. To be aware of all LSS organisational information that may interfere with the learning process
4. To be responsible of the training related communication flow between the Trainers, Organisational Committee, Participants and Coordination Team.
5. To prevent or try to solve the possible conflicts that might appear that could damage the quality learning process
6. To be present on trainers meeting
7. To be responsible of making sure to have all the info to write a useful Training Coordination report.
