Aims&Objectives: Leadership Skills Development within the members of AIESEC Croatia

Target Group: University Students, majority Croatians + some other Europeans

Training methods: lectures, interactive simulations, discussions, presentations and others.

Outcomes of the activity

Outcome: The Leadership body of AIESEC Croatia developed their skills and competencies to run the organisation in the next 1 year.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My Role: Chairperson of the event & Facilitator of some of the activities.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
