"Largo (ai) Giovani" Legambiente Work Training Camp

Aims & objectives

The training activities were focused to improve skills and tools for 11 volounteers involved in working activities focused on rural development and promotion of 11 municipalities in Cilento (southern Italy)

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team was composed of 11 volounteers from Germany, Russia, Ucraine, France, Spain, Poland and Estonia. The local group of three people of trainers/facilitators to the activities.

Training methods used & main activities

We builded the group with many non formal education activities, and we used different perspectives to cooperate with locals inhabitants and to share with them impressions, activities and objectives. Every part of the timetable was related to interact and to share knowledges in peer-to-peer approach and many activities were directly took from "Compass" manual of CoE.

Outcomes of the activity

the activities were related to have 11 videos and podcast in different foreigner languages to strenghten and sharing knowledges and touristical appeal of different 11 municipalities in a rural area of southern italy.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible for the achievement of the goals and coordinator of training process. I leaded many sessions of training and i build whit other trainers the general approach of the project, but i was working at it having sessions in everyday of the project.

I worked on this training for 14 days as a full time trainer.
