Training methods used & main activities

There are several considerations behind the methodology and activities that are planned for this TC.
1 group dynamics process that is found at such kind of activities which means a lot of emphasis
should be put on the creation of a safe and friendly environment, providing the space and time for
people to get-to-know each other personally and professionally in order for them to enter the
intensive group learning process.
2 we structure the TC programme in a way to make participants understand the logical steps based on the learner–centered approach and experiential learning cycle theory, all the methods we used are
experience-based.
3 active involvement of participants and recognition of their expertise and experience in certain
topics, active sharing and participation in the discussions will ensure diversity and complexity of
learning process.
4 permanent learning process awareness, trainers will organize daily reflection space groups where
participants will share the most striking moments of the days, ask questions, write down important
information, give and receive feedback.
5 mixing the group as much as possible, to let participants work all the time in different teams in order
to show them how challenging and at the same time encouraging diversity in a learning process can
be, and how much it contributes to the personal growth and professional development.
As for the methods, all of them will be non-formal, non-frontal and highly participative fitting different
learning styles.

Testimonial of the reference person

I work with Eduard on a regular basis and the Labirint training course is one of the many courses we lead together. I can confirm that he is a committed trainer, who is concerned with ensuring learners' needs are taken into account throughout his training courses, who pays attention to group dynamics, who is flexible and able to adapt to the trainers' teams he works in and who is also willing to jump in and support his colleagues whenever it is needed or required. Personally I find working with Eduard very easy and productive and it is always a pleasure to be in the same team with him.
