In some of the sessions like the ones that are connected with the team leading and communication, the way of connecting the games with the situations in daily life are more than obvious. The participants were leaded through the whole training course with out knowing how much they really learn in every minute of their presents on sessions. They are were directly and indirectly connected with the topic over the games and workshops which are helped them to understand how to overcome barriers and obstacles in the real youth leading pattern.

Doing that, they also became the promoters of new Youth projects in their communities, and other “multiplication agents” and reference persons for their local communities and partner organizations.
• All the young people working with the organizations were indirect beneficiaries both in short term and long term. They benefit from adaptation and usage of the learned tools and methods, promotion the importance of active participation and citizenship, and also from realisation of one or several projects in the field of the Youth in Action Program in a long term. This was partly ensured by the direct impact of the participants of the training, but also by the dissemination of project’s result.
• This project promoted participative processes and positive citizen’s attitude and it can only have a positive impact on the local community taken as a whole: friends, parents, neighbours, public officers or local community. These will be the third line beneficiaries
