Aims & objectives

Journey to peace is a training Course Aiming at reinforcing the dialogue of understanding and inclusion within the sphere of youth, contributing to a more inclusive society.
to provide a baseline understanding of the nature of conflicts
to provide personal experience in anger management through active listening and conflict resolution

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

former Yugoslavic republic of Macedonia, Germany, Egypt, Italy and Tunisia

Training methods used & main activities

Journey to Peace will be coordinated through Non Formal Education methods as group work activities, presentations, workshops and personal assignments, meetings with trainers, experts in order to get a better picture about conflict management and resolution.

Outcomes of the activity

Through working on the project we found out the interest is getting higher each day more than the other especially when the participants get into the topic deeper.
Fixing out debates and conflicts were the most interesting part for them and follows by the Erasmus application ideas and designing.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

training the participants working on policies between countries, Debating and different methods for debating and how to present your idea, conflict management and speaking for inclusion especially that the project included partner countries with diverse group.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
