Training methods used & main activities

A good mixture of non-formal education and experiential education methods. The programme consist of well think-through flow of activities which guides participants through the whole process of preparing, running and following up youth international activities such as youth exchanges. Mimimum nr. of frontal presentations, maximum nr. of simulations, workshops, working in small groups, case studies and consultation possibilites.

Outcomes of the activity

- three international projects as follow up of the training
- one theses on IYNF methodology in courses
- good nr. of participants joining existing teams and activities of IYNF to support them in summer 2011
- decision to serve with the training in next years too. After evaluation period we decided to rework the modul and make a it a long term training course with 2 phases of which first focuses on more on project management of an activity and the following one on group processes and programme design, working with international groups.
