Aims & objectives

the aim of the training was to build the capacity of youth workers and youth organizations to create innovative non formal education methods that will help young people with poor school performance not to fall out from formal education system, labour market and society.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group of the training was youth workers from Serbia, Slovenia, Belgium, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro and Portugal.

Training methods used & main activities

I used innovative and participative methods adapted for different non-formal learning styles, keep them interested for the very process of learning and improve their learning outcomes and achievements.

Outcomes of the activity

As the most important outcome from this project is the Tool Kit and the online platform in five languages, English, Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin - http://include-me.info

This tool kit can be used by youth workers, teachers and any educational practitioner who work with youngsters with poor school performance or from disadvantaged communities and lacking options for adequate learning environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was responsible for different parts of the training depending on how team of trainers agreed starting from energizers during the day, intro of the day and with the training sessions that were related to Early school leaving (ESL) on using games, internet and role models in educations. Also session on basis to developing new methods for working with ESL.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
