TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Liridon Shurdhani
the aim of the training was to build the capacity of youth workers and youth organizations to create innovative non formal education methods that will help young people with poor school performance not to fall out from formal education system, labour market and society.
The target group of the training was youth workers from Serbia, Slovenia, Belgium, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro and Portugal.
I used innovative and participative methods adapted for different non-formal learning styles, keep them interested for the very process of learning and improve their learning outcomes and achievements.
As the most important outcome from this project is the Tool Kit and the online platform in five languages, English, Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian, Montenegrin - http://include-me.info
This tool kit can be used by youth workers, teachers and any educational practitioner who work with youngsters with poor school performance or from disadvantaged communities and lacking options for adequate learning environment.
