Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked as a concepter and trainer for this training course. Together with the responsibles of the Intercultural Training and my Co-Trainer Manuel I developed the content of the training and the implementation of it during the training course.

After the training we had skype conferences with every participant to evaluate the implementation of their curricula in their organisations and trainings and consult them in further actions.

I worked on this training for 12 days as a full time trainer.
