The programme created an international learning environment in which participants could share professional experiences, compare educational practices and reflect on approaches to assessment and evaluation in their respective contexts.
The activity was organised by iDevelop Teacher Training. I contributed as a trainer, delivering training on Intelligent Assessment and Evaluation to the participating group.

Training methods used & main activities

My training approach aimed to combine the presentation of key concepts with practical learning and professional reflection. The methods used included interactive explanations, guided discussions, practical exercises and the analysis of assessment and evaluation practices, as applicable to the sessions delivered.
The learning process encouraged participants to examine assessment approaches, share experiences from their educational contexts and consider how evaluation methods could inform teaching practice and educational decision-making.
The final submission should specify the actual exercises, case studies, group work or other non-formal learning methods used during the programme.
