This course followed unique participatory methodologies, such as the Way of Council, somatic learning methods such as the Stuck Excercise and the wider methodology of the Social Presencing Theatre, outdoor experiential learning, The Work That Reconnects, and Systemic Constellation.
Some of the results of the after-course online evaluation survey:
- Overall experience was great, well balanced programme.
- Nice to follow the U process and to involve other facilitators.
- The trainers circle did a great job, I'm really greatful - I know it was not easy.
-Very good divide the big group in smaller working groups.
- I believe the way we work is very coherent with the aims of the project. It is sometimes demanding but considering the size of the group and the complexity of the themes and content we are working on a very high quality level.
- The process was very involving and careful, all in all everybody was listened to and everybody's opinion was taken into account.
- Nice flow, great facilitation.
- It was a good mixture of individual-group work, working inside-outside.
