Aims & objectives

Aim:
Enhance inclusive education practices by empowering teachers through international mobility, fostering an inclusive learning environment for diverse student populations.

Objectives:

Provide participating teachers with intensive training on inclusive teaching methodologies and strategies.
Facilitate international exchange programs to expose educators to diverse educational systems and promote cross-cultural understanding.
Develop and disseminate inclusive teaching materials, ensuring accessibility and adaptability for varied learning needs.
Establish an online platform for collaborative sharing of best practices, resources, and experiences among participating teachers.
Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the impact of the project on teachers' skills and students' learning outcomes, with a focus on sustainability and scalability.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

7 teacher from Croatia, 1 trainer from Turkiye

Outcomes of the activity

Teachers' awareness about inclusive education was increased.
Teachers created an Inclusive Education strategy for their school.
Teachers are aware of their school's strong and weak points about inclusive education.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the only trainer. I created the program and choose the suitable methodology. For five days, I facilitated the group.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
