Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Worked in the team of two trainers.
Prepared the course program and the training sessions, located the course venue and the training materials and took care of the registration process and information sent to the participants. Prepared the written material handed-out to participants from dissemination purposes. Analysed the pre-departure questionnaires completed by the participants. Analysed the final evaluation forms completed by the participants and sent detailed evaluation report to the participants and their National Agencies. Did follow-up consultation with the participants regarding the replication of the learned methods in their own field of work.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
