Aims & objectives

Training course dealt with solving several common problems in youth organizations and projects by training youth workers and volunteers about idea creation and brainstorming methods, innovative presentations and publicity in field of international youth work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Training course involved 36 participants from Palestine, Egypt, Armenia, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Spain, Italy, Estonia, Germany and Netherlands.

Training methods used & main activities

Creative thinking techniques, group work, discussions and debates, simulations.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants were trained on usage of innovative methods, that will help them being more competitive in job market, as well as to improve the capacity of own youth organization.

Nine different project ideas aimed at solving different youth problems were developed and presented and three grant applications were applied for receiving funding within six months after the training course.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitating sessions about innovative presentation methods, creativity, as well as planning and evaluating program on a daily basis together with two more trainers. Also coaching about project writing and management teams and after the training course - individual participants.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
