Aims & objectives

Our primary goal is to educate about human rights and encourage members of our communities to engage in activities for human rights, tolerance and dialogue. Through the project, we want to build and strengthen European awareness and the values on which it is based. We want to exchange experiences with our partners using the international dimension of our project. We believe that thanks to the activities we have implemented, more people will become active activists for human rights and will better understand the concepts of tolerance, dialogue and building understanding across divisions. All our educational activities on human rights, tolerance and dialogue carried out as part of the project are based on the principles of equality, dignity, inclusion, active participation and non-discrimination, we use active teaching methods, we work together in an atmosphere of mutual respect, the acquired knowledge and skills encourage us to act on for human rights, dialogue,
tolerance.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The exchange was attended by 40 participants and leaders representing partner groups from Poland, Hungary, Portugal and the Czech Republic. The participants were high school students aged 15-17, socially active, who wanted to develop their interests as part of the project. The participants include people with fewer opportunities.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitating all workshops within youth exchange:
-getting to know each other;
-team building activities;
-ABC of Human Rights workshops
-Workshops about Erasmus+ Programme and Youthpass Certificate;
-Facilitating project's results sessions;
-Leading dissemination activities
