Training methods used & main activities

During the training course non-formal education methods were used, particularly.

energizers, name games, team building games, inputs, role plays, Theater, Forum Theater, working groups, coffee corners, Simulation games, study visits, guest speakers, reflection groups.

Outcomes of the activity

The trainers and organizers managed to work on main 6 objectives that were clarified in the preparation phase and mostly achieved during the TC.

There was a variety of activities: participants were challenged in several sessions on cognitive reflections and analyses, body use, creativity and art, topical discussions and presentations and finally plenary discussions in order to get deep in the subject and come to creative outcomes.

The Training Course satisfied basic understanding of the topics since it
included several topics, not allowing enough time to explore each topic in detail. It was planned to have TC where participant get familiar with differed conflicts and reasons and this was a great preparations for the following
stages in the project, giving enough of information and skills to think and
create theatre and art in those subjects.
