Hand in Hand - Formal and Non-formal Education

Aims & objectives

- To develop competences of teachers on non-formal education methods;
- To promote cooperation among different formal institutions on European level;
- To promote intercultural dialogue between teachers from different countries.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group was composed by the participants representing different Programme and EaP countries, such are Latvia, Ukraine, Spain, Belarus, Poland, Sweden, Georgia and Moldova. The team was composed by the trainer from Latvia (Ieva Grundstein), Organiser from Georgia and me (Giorgi Kakulia) from Georgia.

Training methods used & main activities

Small groups works, presentations, simulation exercises, lab phase, feedback, discussions etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Teachers developed competence of non-formal education methods, developed methods useful for their daily work, created a personal development plan.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My tasks were to prepare, run and evaluate the training course together with the team members.

I worked on this training for 6 working days days as a full time trainer.
