Aims & objectives

sharing youth workers' experiences and problems that they have faced in their youth work field to effecting young people. Creating new NFE tools and/or sharing good practices.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

21 participants were involved in this project from 9 different countries. Participants were youth workers, experts, representatives of local administrations.

Training methods used & main activities

In this TC, Non-formal education tools i.e. Get to know each other, energizer, presentation, case studies, Simulation, small working groups, brainstorming, creative workshops, guest speaker, and visiting local institutes were used.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants had the opportunity to visit another country, share their experiences in different fields, and enhance their competencies in using NFE tools. It was a successful project with its outcomes. End of the project, booklet was created.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was one of the full-time trainers in this project. We arranged session plans and implement them. I had four days - 8 sessions and the rest of the time, I was helping other trainers. My role was the educational part of what NFE is and how it differentiates between Formal and informal education. Also, I organized a creative workshop in order pax to create new tools.

I worked on this training for 9 days as a full time trainer.
