GROUP 4 YOUTH

Aims & objectives

Creating a cooperation platform dedicated to youth workers from disadvantaged communities.
Equipping participants with skills and competencies to solve conflicts, combating discrimination, encouraging social integration of children and young people from vulnerable groups, increasing active civic engagement using methods of non-formal education.

Youth workers from Romania, Spain, Italy, Germany and France

Roll-play, Forum theater, games, creative writing, flash mob, simulation activities, debates, field trip

Outcomes of the activity

After the project the participants have made dissemination activities in their communities and they formed national networks. In Romania there is GROUP 4 YOUTH, coordinated by Mereu Aproape Foundation. - www.fundatiamereuaproape.ro

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Creating the training program, implementation and evaluation. In addition I provided mentoring for Romanian participants for a period of three months after completion of the training.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
