Green is Easy

Aims & objectives

As part of the KA2 project "Green is Easy", this TC's goals were:
*Raising environmental awareness of participants.
*Familiarisation of participants with podcast creation (scripting, recording, editing promoting).
*Exploring and sharing organisations' and smal businesses' good practices on sustainability.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

15 participants took part in this Training Course from Greece, North Macedonia and Spain.

The participants were mainly youthworkers, people working in organisations and organisations' volunteers.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants of this Training Course were then asked and guided to record 5 podcast episodes per country, in which they interviewed people from organisations and small businesses gathering good practices for sustainability.

*Preparation and overview of the schedule.
*Introduction to the project's goals.
*Non formal education activities for sustainability.
*Planning and task management tools for the participants to plan their next steps.
*Reflection sessions on each day.
*Supporting participants with extra digital sources.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
