Long-term training course for trainers and multiplicators within the field of German-Polish youth exchanges. Part 1: 02.-09.04.2005, Hütten; Part II: 24.09.-01.10.2005, Morawia; Part III: 21.-28.01.2006, Lagow.

- to develop and broaden the competence as a trainer
- to reflect on one's own understanding and experience as a trainer
- to get to know new methods and techniques
- to build a network of trainers and organisations

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 trainers and multiplicators from Germany and Poland

Training methods used & main activities

The heart of the training were workshops prepared and carried out by mixed German-Polish teams. The team work was in various forms evaluated and reflected.

Outcomes of the activity

German-Polish trainers who were able to join the network of trainers within DPJW.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

To organise, prepare and carry out the training event.

I worked on this training for 3 x 6 days days as a full time trainer.
