Aims & objectives

Exchanging experiences to find a gender balance in terms of participation of women, developing participants' knowledge and understanding on various concepts related to gender issues and emphasise the importance of gender equality in youth work and other areas, promoting gender equality international youth projects, facilitating a networking process among participants and enhancing development of common projects related to gender and gender equality.

26 participants from European programme countries and Caucasus area

Statement thermometer, statistics during presentations, tolerance tests for boys and girls, Omar's story - attitude exercise, problem puzzle for further project ideas

New project ideas in the topic, new partnerships, strengthened cooperation between CO and HO
