Gender in trouble - Youth in Action project

Aims & objectives

The project had as goal to share good practices and non-formal activieties to use in the daily life of lgbtiqa+ organisation, empowering and trying to get more comfortable the first pashes of new members inside lgbt organisations.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Colega (Lgbt organization based in Almeria, Spain)
Sontag's Club (Lgbt organization based in Berlin)

During the project took part even people origiyinally from Poland and Russa

The target groups of the project were young and lgbtiqa+ people.

Training methods used & main activities

Frontal lessons, non-formal education, Theatre of the oppressed techniques

Outcomes of the activity

Each group involved used the techiques learnt during the exchange project during activities done in the countries were the participants came from.
We were happy to know that the organization after the project continued to work togheter in a sort of network.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

In this project I was project manager and trainer.
I trained participants using frontal lessons and Theatre of the oppressed techiniques.
The project was focused on gender and lgbtiqa+ topics.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
