Aims & objectives

- Deeper understanding of the concept of Non-Formal Education and Experiential Learning Approach (and debriefing) and how to apply it for youth work in games context and in different national realities;
- Greater awareness about challenges related to diversity, prejudices and exclusion in some European countries;
- Knowledge and understanding about the concepts of stereotypes, prejudices and various forms of discrimination/exclusion and hate;
- Greater understanding and respect for diversity and cultural differences as well as breaking prejudices about people coming from different regions and backgrounds and being able to engage in intercultural dialogue in a constructive way;
- Improve ability to transfer the positive intercultural learning outcomes to young people in their communities.
- Enhance knowledge and develope skills on how to design, facilitate and document NFL activities to reach the high quality learning outcomes that contribute to positive social change;

Training methods used & main activities

Training was based on NFE methods, such as ice-breaking games, G2K each other activities, group work and discussions, simulation exercises and educational board games.
