Aims & objectives

The project aimed to give youth workers and
youth leaders tools, frameworks and space to
create and practice facilitation of educational
games that address social issues and can be
applied in their environments.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training was designed for youth workers and educators who would like to learn about game development and educational game design. The group consisted of 30 youth workers from 9 countries.

Training methods used & main activities

Roleplay games, simulation games, design-thinking, team-building activities, case analysis, game development, testing & feedback etc.

Outcomes of the activity

The outcome of the activity was an educational game development manual that recorded games developed by participants.
