fYOUture of YOUth conference

Aims & objectives

Developing long term support of the EU youth sector by creating a vision on a Youth EcoSystem based on six features (youth vision, youth human resources, youth work, youth structures, youth infrastructure, youth funding) and creating synergies among them.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

107 participants from 26 countries
(youth organizations representatives, youth workers, policy makers etc) including two MEPs and a secretary of state in the European Project and Investment Ministry.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

For this event I was in charge with concept development, coordination of the team made out of six facilitators and two rapporteurs, developing the online communication platform (howspace) engaging the participants before, during and after the event as well as collecting the sessions outcomes to be feed into the final resolution and facilitation of opening session as well as the sessions engaging policy makers

I worked on this training for 10 days as a full time trainer.
