Young Wave shared 15 posts about the project on social media before, during, and after the training, helping build visibility throughout the project's lifetime rather than only at the end.
More than 150 young people across all five partner countries benefited through peer workshops.
All participants reported improved Powerskills and readiness to teach youth at the project end
I was a co-trainer, facilitating 50 % of the sessions in the training and supporting my colleague in her sessions as as a second facilitator, note-taker or helping hand as needed.
I had the pleasure of working with Kunka during the Future Ready with Power Skills Training Course. Throughout the project, she demonstrated professionalism, commitment, and a genuine passion for non-formal education.
One of her greatest strengths is her participant-centred approach. She carefully observed the needs of the group and was able to adapt methods, timing, and facilitation style to ensure an engaging and meaningful learning experience for everyone. Her flexibility and calm attitude allowed her to respond effectively to unexpected situations while maintaining a positive group dynamic.
She is an excellent team player who communicates openly, collaborates smoothly with fellow trainers, and contributes valuable ideas during both the planning and implementation phases. Her creativity, strong facilitation skills, and ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment were highly appreciated by both the participants and the training team.
I confidently recommend her as a trainer for international learning activities. She is reliable, adaptable, needs-oriented, and dedicated to delivering high-quality educational experiences.
