Aims & objectives

From Seed to Leadership aimed to strengthen the leadership and soft skills of youth workers and camp leaders, enhancing their ability to support young people effectively. The seminar focused on sharing best practices, promoting sustainability in youth engagement, and building international networks for future collaboration.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

1 trainer + 1 facilitator. Partner countries: Spain, Greece, Georgia, Italy.

Training methods used & main activities

The seminar was based on non-formal education, using interactive methods such as group discussions, sharing experiences, outdoor activities in nature, and hands-on workshops. The approach encouraged active participation, reflection, and peer learning while fostering eco-friendly and community-oriented practices.

Outcomes of the activity

Participants improved their leadership capacity, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. They built meaningful international connections, gained practical strategies for youth work, and left more confident and motivated to create a positive impact in their communities.
