Aims & objectives

The aim of this seminar was to improve youth employability of rural areas in Europe through their empowerment and learning experiences.
From Field to Europe 2015 was the 3rd edition of a seminar focused in entrepreneurship experiences in rural areas. We met people who developed initiatives in different areas such as agriculture, cultural and thermal tourism, therapy and science research centers.
Participants had the chance to exchange their own projects at local level.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Motivated youth workers from or working in rural areas and committed to permaculture and sustainable development from Romania, Spain, Wales, Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy and France.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Facilitator of participants´ learning process and mediator between the local rural youth initiatives we visited and the international group of youth workers.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
