Aims & objectives

1) To understand concept of FL – NFL – InFL.
2) To discover methods and techniques used in NFL and their application in educational process.
3) To understand educational activity as a project and be able to apply structure of project logics in own praxis.
4) To understand different learning styles.
5) To connect training experience with own praxis and YiA programme.

Training methods used & main activities

We use different methods and techniques of nonformal education, as much variety as possible, to inspire and empower participants to be creative in using them. The whole training is used as a complex model, which allows to understand programme flow, group dynamics and so on. Transfer of training experience to own reality and focus on own learning/teaching style, are crucial moments of the training.

Outcomes of the activity

Raising of competencies, increasing quality and quantity of nonformal educational activities for young people - we found out through reflections, evaluation and later cooperation.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Full-time trainer for preparation, realisation and evaluation of training.
