Aims & objectives

To develop competences of the both workers, youth leaders and youth trainers on the design, facilitation, coaching and reflection on/of learning processes and group dynamics in non-formal education and youth work. A special focus will be put on exhaustive practice, invention and innovation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

International team was composed my the trainers Marcus Vrecer (Austria), Ekaterina Sherer (Russia), Diana Rosta (Hungary), me - Giorgi Kakulia (Georgia) and Project Manager - Artur Gazaryan (Armenia)

Training methods used & main activities

Role play, group work, practice sessions, forum theater, interactive presentations etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Participant of the truing course developed competences in the field of non-formal learning in general; particularly on how to plan, implement and evacuation non-formal learning activities;

Participants developed international cooperation and most of them had a concrete international projects implemented;

Participants developed intercultural and social competences;

All these outcomes were identified during evaluation session and written questionaires.

There was detailed training report published online.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My task in the team was to plan, implement and evaluate whole course with co-trainers.

Write a detailed session outlines of the sessions I run;

Contribute to the final report.

I worked on this training for 7 days days as a full time trainer.
