Aims & objectives

The main aim of the project was to strengthen the capacities of partner organizations by providing comprehensive training and learning opportunities focused on mechanisms and examples of good practices related to youth unemployment. By enhancing the specific skills of these professionals, particularly in youth workshops and career counseling, we aimed to facilitate the application of acquired knowledge in their work with young people. Through this applied methodology, we seek to build the skills and competencies of young people, increase their employability, and empower them to make informed decisions about their future careers and life choices.
