The project “Fair life: Balance” builds on the long-standing tradition of “Fair Life” as one of the oldest inclusive initiatives of the Kreisau-Initiative. Since its inception, the project has focused on themes of social justice, fairness, and living according to the principles of fair play.
Workshops and creative sessions invited participants to reflect on balance as a multidimensional concept. They addressed physical balance through movement and activity, emotional balance through self-expression and communication, and social balance by discussing equality and inclusion. These activities provided a platform for participants to share experiences, challenge stereotypes, and foster a sense of solidarity.
Through engaging with the theme of balance, participants had the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of fairness, develop personal resilience, and learn new ways to navigate challenges in their lives.
