FACTOR - Facilitation Actors

Aims & objectives

FACTOR was a Tc on Facilitation of groups through elements of Non formal education.
It had many sessions to reach the forseeen aims: Intercultural communication, empathy and active listening, Transactional Analysis, Project management, Public speaking.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

FACTOR was a TC for Youth workers and educators, from 18 to no age limits.
The involved countries were: Romania, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Czech Republic.

The final evaluation of participants gave proof that the TC was succefully for their improvement on personal and professional side.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Sessions on Emotional management in general (TA, empathy, active listening, conflict management,..), evaluation, and Team building.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
