Aims & objectives

To develop youth workers Experiential Learning facilitation skills. Participants acquired the skills to design, facilitate and debrief Experiential Learning workshops.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

26 youth workers from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Poland, Greece, Romania and Spain.

Training methods used & main activities

Experiential Learning including Game-Based Learning, Challenge-based learning, Body Expression and Movement.

Outcomes of the activity

Facilita(c)tion booklet, containing the workshops developed and tested by the participants.
