TC for the development of facilitation skills.
For beginners facilitators and for all the educators wh liked to improve their own competences in this field.

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal methods: video, role-play, experiential learning, improvisation, thaetre, teamwork.

Outcomes of the activity

Workshops in the final part of the TC, performed by participants in groups of 3.

Trainer: sessions on Learning styles and facilitator as learner, Ontercultural communication, feedback, creative problem solving, team building.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
