EVS4YOUTH

Aims & objectives

EVS4YOUth is a Training Course and Partnership-building Activity taking place in Vauclin (Martinique), from the 29 of April to 7 of May 2018, organised with a view to allow 24 participants from 12 countries to find partners for transnational co-operation and for project development on European Voluntary Service (EVS), under the Erasmus+ Porgramme and European Solidarity Corps, improving the quality of their practice in their work.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

2 participants (Youth workers) from 12 countries (France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Romenia, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Spain). Team were compost for 2 Trainers (Laris and me) and 1 Logistics Support (Gregg Labry)

Training methods used & main activities

Non formal methods: teamwork, role-play, world cafè, drawings, circle time, reflection groups.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My role was a trainier in some session: Team building, Project management, Erasmus + focus in KA1, European Solidarity Corps Program, project designer and Follow-up. I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
