TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Exploring and discussing volunteers learning needs taking into account their
motivation and the changes happened in the programme;
- Exploring and discussing how “Learning centre focused approach” is used in trainings
- Identifying role and specific competencies of trainers working in EVS training and
evaluation cycle
- Discussing different understandings and practice of quality standards in Training cycle
(European dimension, Crisis management and prevention, support to learning process
and Youthpass, service and solidarity dimension etc)
- Reflecting on how the future programmes can benefit from EVS training cycle
experience
- Sharing and mapping methods, attitudes, approaches used in the different EVS training
cycles;
- Encouraging a learning community of trainers active in training and evaluation cycle
Participants was Trainers with specific experience in the TEC (Training and Evaluation Cycle of EVS) from Programme Countries and from the four Neighbouring Regions of the European Union.
Methods based on Non-Formal education approach, some IT tools that served to a big group, participative methods and adopted Open Space method for discussions.
We have collected, explored and harvested the quality developments within the EVS Training and Evaluation Cycle and planned how this heritage can contribute to the future volunteering activities (Erasmus + /European Solidarity Corps)
We were team of 2 trainers. My responsibility was to participate in the prep-meeting, Programe design together with my colleague and organizers, setting up learning objectives for each day, facilitation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting
