In the training were used non-formal learning methods and group building activities.
Lots of groupwork, self reflection sessions, guided meditation, as problem solving tasks, and outdoor elements were involved in the training.
Via the training activity the Volunteers got more selfconfident with their Volunter service in Hungary. It helped them to understand their tasks, opportunities and responsibilities. They got more familiar with the Youthpass process and they set their own learning goals.
As a full-time trainer, I had the task to plan and lead the trainingactivities together with my estonian trainerpartner.
