EVS ON ARRIVAL TC

Aims & objectives

The aim of the TC was to give inputs for personal learning development for the freshly arrived EVS volunteers. Another aim was to raise the awareness about their rights and duties according to their EVS.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

24 EVS volunteers from all over Europe.

Training methods used & main activities

Non-Formal learning methods was used during the whol training course, with special highlight on how to plan their learning related to their EVS, small and interactive group works were planned to discuss their role, rights and duties.

Outcomes of the activity

Based on the feedbacks from participants it was really useful for them, especially that we have planned a meeting with the NA where they could discuss any urgent questions.
