- Evaluate the experience so far and reflect on the project activities;
- Evaluate tasks and support of hosting organisation;
- Reflect on your impact as EVS volunteer on different levels (organisation, local community, Europe);
- Share positive experiences and find further motivation;
- Work on the development and/or further improvement of the project;
- Raise awareness of the personal learning process;
- Youthpass: link personal learning to key competencies, encourage dialogue with HO/SO;
- Provide individual support for volunteers (and other forms of support, e.g. peer support);
- Raise awareness about challenges and plans after EVS;
- If applicable – present further opportunities volunteers might have through different EU programmes.
18 - 20 EVS volunteers from EU countries.
EVS trainings are absolutely based on non - formal education and learner centred. Methods are used as individual work, pair and small group works, montage, theatre, memory jar, etc.
Volunteers get empowerment, improve further their personal projects, strengthen their relationship with the host organisation, start to plan the personal and professional actions after their EVS and practice the self - assessment concerning Youthpass process.
Prepare, run and evaluate the methodology of the training course.
