EVS midterm meeting

The training activity took place
in Sipoo, Finland
organised by CIMO, the Finnish NA for YiA
17-19.5.2011

Aims & objectives

The aim of the training is to let the volunteers reflect on ther project and stay untill now, adress some problems they might have and look to the future and what will come after the project.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

6 volunteers from Latvia, Italy, France, Germany.

Training methods used & main activities

Our main method was role mapping, where the volunteers look at their experience from the point of view of the different stakeholders in the project. But most importantly there was space for discussion and the volunteers could raise the topics most relative to them.

Outcomes of the activity

The volunteers apprechiated the chance to share and to reflect on their future. We also provided info on what opportunities there are in Finland to study and to find work.
