- Youthpass: link personal learning to key competencies, encourage dialogue with HO/SO;
- Provide individual support for volunteers (and other forms of support, e.g. peer support);

for this training we were working with 33 participants from 17 countries.
More than 150 EVS volunteers from programme countries and partner countries who stays in Bulgaria more than 6 months in EVS projects.

Volunteers get empowerment, improve further their personal projects, strengthen their relationship with the host organisation, start to plan the personal and professional actions after their EVS and practice the self - assessment concerning Youthpass process.
Working closely with the other trainers from the pool of trainers f the Bulgarian NA.
