Aims & objectives

To evaluate the EVS experience of the international volunteers in Latvia, to improve their project qualities according to the project description and persona learning objectives. To improve the EVS projects quality in organizations in Latvia.

15 EVS volunteers (Germany, Estonia, Turkey, Spain, Poland, France)

Training methods used & main activities

Creative evaluation methods, group works, group evaluation.

Outcomes of the activity

15 individual action plans for the effective learning process during the rest of their EVS projects.

Full-time trainer, from preparation to delivery.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
