Aims & objectives

Project objectives:

 To establish a platform for experience exchange between participants,
 Stimulating long term expanding of team work mentality within youth organizations, youth

workers and youth,

 To provide opportunity for the participants to discover other cultures and backgrounds.
 To promote the Youth in Action Program to the youth workers and others in order to
encourage them to create projects within Youth Program. We think that through these
international projects they can acquire very important skills for example teamwork,
leadership, organization and management skills and also the ability to show initiative in

challenging circumstances.
 To provide an international experience,
 To train in project management,

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team was consisted of 2 trainers, 1 logistics person and 1 support staff. There were additional 18 participants from 10 different countries.

Training methods used & main activities

The participants were exploring the topic of team work through indoor and outdoor activities, such
as workshops, sports, adventure etc.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer, responsible for planning, co-creating, implementing, evaluating and reporting about the TC.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
