For this event my role was to coordinate the organizing team as well as the facilitators team (three main facilitators + and two rapporteurs + twelve workshop facilitators) in order to develop a coherent concept, to develope the online communication platform (howspace) engaging the participants before, during and after the event as well as collecting the sessions outcomes to be feed into the final policy paper and facilitation of several plenary sessions including opening, closing as well as the sessions engaging policy makers.
