European Leadership Training

Aims & objectives

Leadership TC aimed at exploring and practicing leadership potential. The venture was designed to discover, analyze and train skills and attitudes connected with efficient leadership and group cooperation.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

26 people from Poland, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey.

Training methods used & main activities

By using creative methods based on non-formal education strategies I wanted to create a situation where the participants were given chance to try to be the leader of a group, to check various styles of leadership. I provided participants from various countries with games, simulations, tasks and exercises after which there was occasion to discuss, give feedback and learn.

Outcomes of the activity

During the training participants have learnt how to deal with difficult situations, how to motivate the team, how to set up goals, how to communicate and which style of leadership is closer for particular participant.
