European HUB model for social enterpreunership

Aims & objectives

The aim of the training was to present the HUB model and give the participants from different youth organizations to run activities for support of youth social entrepreneurship.

It was an activity inside a strategic partnership aimed to support social enterprenurnership inside the youth field.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The group of 24 participants came from partner organizations from UK, Bulgaria, Greece and Slovenia.

Training methods used & main activities

The training presented the developed HUB model and trained the trainer skills in support in youth social enterpreneurship trough inputs, group work, drama pedagogy and plenary disscusions.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants were equipped with skills and knowhow to run activities for social entrepreneurship inside their youth organizations.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was lead trainer on the training. My responsabilities involved codeveloping the HUB model in an international team, developing, planing and implementing the training.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
