Aims & objectives

EUROPE MY WAY is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange on self-guidance, knowing how to make conscious and responsible decisions in professional and daily life; it's about dealing with soft skills development and identifying useful attitudes for employability.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

6 participants + 1 leader from each partner country: Italy, UK, Portugal, Greece.

Training methods used & main activities

Cooperation, non-formal activities, simulation, art workshops for inner expression, exercises to work with feelings and emotions, discovering cities trip, etc.

Outcomes of the activity

European citizenship, active involvement in "big issues" such as Brexit or migrants, deeper awareness about the decision process and interaction with other people.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Lead Trainer in charge of all the training sessions and overall coordination.
